1. Promotion Period

The boxtober promotion is available for eligible bookings confirmed during 1 October 2026 to 31 October 2026, unless the promotional allocation is exhausted earlier.

gobox reserves the right to end the promotion early once the available promotional delivery capacity has been reached.

2. The Offer

Eligible customers who confirm a qualifying gobox booking during the Promotion Period will receive:

FREE delivery for eligible delivery addresses within 30km of Marleston, saving up to $120; or
$120 off the applicable delivery fee for eligible delivery addresses more than 30km from Marleston.

Where the standard delivery fee is less than $120, the discount will be limited to the value of the applicable delivery fee.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for the boxtober promotion:

the gobox booking must be confirmed during the Promotion Period;
the booking must meet all standard gobox booking requirements; and
the booking must be accepted and confirmed by gobox.

Submitting an enquiry or quote request during October does not, by itself, guarantee eligibility for the promotion. The booking must be confirmed by gobox during the Promotion Period. No deposit is required to secure an eligible boxtober booking during the Promotion Period.

4. Delivery Date

Customers do not need to have their gobox delivered during October.

Eligible customers may arrange delivery for a future date, provided the booking is confirmed during the Promotion Period.

All delivery dates are subject to availability and must be agreed with gobox.

5. Limited Availability

The boxtober promotion is subject to limited promotional delivery capacity.

The promotional delivery offer is available only while the promotional allocation remains available.

gobox may close the promotion before 31 October 2026 if the available promotional delivery capacity has been fully allocated.

6. Delivery Area

For eligible delivery addresses located within 30km of Marleston, the applicable delivery fee will be waived, up to a maximum saving of $120.

For eligible delivery addresses located more than 30km from Marleston, a discount of $120 will be applied to the applicable delivery fee.

Any remaining delivery fee above the $120 discount will be payable by the customer.

Any additional movement fees or other applicable charges will continue to apply.

7. Storage Charges

The boxtober promotion applies to the eligible delivery fee only.

Standard gobox storage, rental and any other applicable service charges continue to apply.

Storage is charged in accordance with the customer's selected gobox size, storage arrangement and applicable gobox rates.

8. Additional Services and Charges

Unless otherwise stated, the promotion does not cover additional charges that may apply to a booking, including additional transport, redelivery, relocation, collection or other services.

Any applicable additional charges will be advised by gobox as part of the customer's quote or booking.

9. Booking Changes

Any changes to a confirmed booking, including changes to the delivery address, gobox size, number of goboxes or delivery requirements, may affect eligibility for the promotion or result in additional charges.

Changes remain subject to availability and approval by gobox.

10. Cancellation

If an eligible booking is cancelled, the promotional delivery offer does not have a cash value and cannot be redeemed separately.

Any cancellation fees or other charges will be handled in accordance with gobox's standard booking terms and conditions.

11. Other Offers

The boxtober promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion unless otherwise approved by gobox.

12. Number of Promotional Deliveries

The promotion is limited to one promotional delivery discount per eligible booking/customer.

Additional gobox units or deliveries may incur standard delivery charges.

13. Eligible Customers

The promotion applies to new bookings made during the Promotion Period.

Existing bookings made prior to 1 October 2026 are not eligible to be retrospectively converted to the boxtober offer.

14. Eligible gobox Sizes

The promotion is available across eligible Small, Medium and Large gobox bookings.

Standard storage rates for the selected gobox size continue to apply.

15. Future Delivery Bookings

Bookings confirmed during October may be scheduled for a future delivery date.

16. General

The promotion has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

gobox reserves the right to verify whether a booking meets the eligibility requirements of the promotion.

Where circumstances outside gobox's reasonable control affect delivery availability or the operation of the promotion, gobox may modify, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary.

All bookings remain subject to gobox's standard terms and conditions.
