No - you don’t need to be home for your gobox delivery or collection. As long as we have clear access to the area where your gobox will be placed or picked up, our team can take care of everything.

We’ll confirm your placement details ahead of time, including where you’d like the gobox positioned and any access notes we should be aware of. If the area is behind a gate, inside a carport, or could be blocked, just let us know so we can ensure the driver has the access they need on the day.
