What happens if my gobox is broken into?

If your gobox is broken into, contact our team straight away. We’ll organise a driver to come out and assess the unit if required, fix the box onsite where possible, or arrange a replacement box or padlock if needed.

To help prevent break‑ins, we recommend using our heavy‑duty gobox padlocks, which are designed specifically for our containers. It also helps to position your gobox with the doors facing your house and away from the road to reduce visibility and access.
