Do I need to organise a padlock for my gobox?

No - you don’t need to organise your own padlock. We provide a padlock for your gobox as part of the one‑off admin fee, and it’s yours to keep. Your driver will hand you the padlock on the day your gobox is delivered, so you’re ready to secure your unit straight away.

Our padlocks are specifically designed for gobox units and are much harder to break than standard padlocks, giving your belongings extra protection. For added security, we don’t keep copies of your keys - only you have access to your gobox once it’s locked.
