Will my goods move around in transit?

Our drivers are as careful as they can be on the road, but like with any form of transport, there can be movement during transit. Because of this, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure all goods are packed and secured properly inside the gobox before collection.

To help keep everything in place, we offer straps (and blankets) for hire for a small monthly fee. Each gobox has internal tie‑down points that allow you to secure furniture, boxes, and other items to minimise shifting while your unit is being transported.

Using straps, packing tightly, and filling gaps where possible will all help reduce movement and protect your belongings during the journey.
