Do you provide insurance?

Flexible monthly insurance to protect your belongings while stored with gobox.

Yes - we offer insurance to help protect the belongings you store in your gobox. It’s available for a monthly cost based on the value of your goods, giving you flexible cover that suits what you’re storing. This insurance applies while your gobox is stored at our warehouse.
 

Your goods are also protected by gobox’s own insurance in the rare event of a catastrophic incident - like a fire or flood at our warehouse, or an accident while the gobox is in transit.

If your gobox is at your home, you’ll need to check with your home contents insurer to make sure your items are covered while onsite.

While your gobox is in transit, any damage from poor packing won’t be covered, so please make sure everything is packed securely.
